As of 2024, Bad Bunny’s net worth is estimated to be between $20 – $40 million USD.

Rapper and singer Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio was born on March 10, 1994, in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico. His stage name, “Bad Bunny,” was inspired by a childhood memory when he had to wear a rabbit costume to school and was less than pleased about it at the time.

At the age of 14, he started to write and produce his own music interpretations. Eventually, in 2013, he began to release his songs on SoundCloud. However, it wasn’t until 2016 that he caught the attention of DJ Luian, who discovered his song “Diles” on the platform and signed him to his record label, Hear This Music.

Bad Bunny’s big break came in 2018 when he collaborated with Cardi B and J Balvin on the number-one hit “I Like It” and released his own top-10 song “Mia” featuring Drake. He made history in 2020 and 2021 by becoming the first non-English language artist to hold the title of Spotify’s most streamed artist of the year.

By October 2022, his tour had smashed records, raking in a whopping $232.5 million and becoming the top-earning Latin artist tour ever. Additionally, the artist was nominated for a staggering eight awards at the 2022 American Music Awards, including a first-time nomination for “Artist of the Year.”
